Pinchin is seeking a Building Science Project Technologist to join its Property Condition Assessment team in Richmond. This role involves hands-on work, technical report writing, and liaising with clients and contractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property condition assessments thoroughly

• Prepare technical reports that reflect site evaluations

Requirements:
