This role, reporting to the Western Canada Engineering Manager, focuses on driving operational improvements and project management. You will leverage engineering expertise to optimize processes, support national initiatives, and communicate effectively within the organization. Essential skills include technical training and operational data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance operating profiles for efficient operations
• Lead efforts to improve current operational processes
• Implement new initiatives and technologies
• Provide training and support to field team members
• Create actionable business cases for improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related area
• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant engineering role
• Strong competency in Excel and project management tools
• Flexible to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Ability to travel as needed
