As a key leader, you will conduct detailed transportation studies and shape the strategic direction of development projects. Your knowledge in traffic engineering will help mitigate complex transportation issues and improve public infrastructure. Engaging with the community is crucial to receive input on transportation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional design of road infrastructure
• Review and approve traffic impact assessments
• Coordinate public consultations for transportation projects
• Participate in the development of transportation policies
• Liaise with external agencies on transportation concerns
Requirements:
• Degree in Applied Science (Civil Engineering)
• 5 years of transportation engineering experience
•
Required:
P.Eng registration in British Columbia
• Preferred: 2 years municipal experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence for BC
