Saltworks is hiring an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to support their mission of addressing global sustainability challenges. This Richmond, BC role includes responsibilities from drafting design drawings to commissioning sophisticated electrical control systems. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, leverage AI to improve engineering processes and outcomes within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft electrical design drawings, including single line diagrams
• Assist in designing power panels for industrial applications
• Create Bills of Materials based on project specifications
• Ensure accurate engineering deliverables through reviews
• Support procurement of electrical components and equipment
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering Technology
• 3-5 years in an industrial electrical training role
• Competence in electrical schematic interpretation
• Experience with industrial hardware components
• Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code applications
