This role is perfect for detail-oriented candidates with at least five years of estimating experience in construction or manufacturing. As an Estimator, you'll develop comprehensive cost estimates, validate team submissions, and conduct gap analyses. Collaborating with designers and contractors, you will ensure that all estimates meet client requirements and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed cost estimates for various projects
• Validate team-generated estimates with analytical skills
• Perform root cause analysis and gap analyses
• Prepare thorough documentation for proposals and estimates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Project Management
• 5+ years of estimating experience required
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel;
Power BI experience an asset
• Strong communication skills in English
