TEEMA's manufacturing client in Richmond, BC is seeking their next Senior Financial Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic decision-making, and drive improvements in financial planning and analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze financial results, capital spending, and key performance indicators against prior periods, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly reporting packages.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to build and update financial models on revenue forecasts, margins, capital expenditures, and operating budgets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, operations) to monitor variances, identify trends, and develop projections.
• Support business case development by evaluating alternative approaches, identifying risks, and proposing mitigations.
• Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives in FP&A to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation (or in progress) is an asset.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or public practice.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to manage large datasets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
