Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Step into a key role at General Fusion as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. This exciting position allows you to lead financial initiatives in our Richmond, BC location.

In this strategic role, you will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting in a revolutionary fusion energy company. Your technical expertise in financial modeling and process optimization will be crucial as you collaborate with various departments. You'll ensure our financial planning aligns with corporate goals and contributes to the long-term vision of General Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead firm-wide financial reporting and budget management

• Provide actionable insights through variance analysis

• Collaborate with Accounting for timely month-end closes

• Manage the three-year and ten-year financial forecasts

• Implement robust processes for a scalable FP&A framework

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A

• CPA designation required for this role

• Expertise in financial forecasting and modeling

• Proficient with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
