Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AML/ATF compliance reporting for Coinbase Canada

• Manage compliance cases and provide guidance to stakeholders

• Track FINTRAC announcements and legislative changes

• Ensure timely responses to requests for information (RFIs)

• Lead automation initiatives to enhance compliance efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years in financial crimes compliance, preferably in fintech

• Knowledge of Canadian compliance requirements and FINTRAC

• Experience in managing compliance cases and producing reports

• Understanding of cryptocurrency transaction flows

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
