Reporting directly to the CEO, this position requires a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with at least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting. You will oversee complex financial statement preparation, manage audits, and lead a high-performance finance team. Your expertise in FP&A will drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial goals and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Manage external audit process coordination and resolutions

• Communicate with banking partners and ensure compliance

• Mentor and develop a high-performance finance team

• Facilitate corporate annual budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• CPA designation and a Bachelor's in Finance or related field

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in finance

• Proven leadership in a multi-entity finance environment

• Strong knowledge of ASPE and taxation frameworks

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous
