Family Office Financial Controller

Lead financial operations remotely from Canada, applying consolidation and treasury expertise across complex family office entities. Work with principals and advisors directly.

As Head of Financial Operations, you will serve families across personal, holding, operating, trust, and foundation entities. You will report to Chris Canavan, President, and work with Client Chiefs of Staff and Banking & Treasury. The role is hands-on initially, covering close, forecasting, controls, and administration.

• Run monthly close through consolidation across family entities
• Own budgets, cash forecasts, variance reports, and scenarios
• Manage cost allocation and debt covenants
• Administer payroll, funds, and foundations
• Prepare year-end files and support reviews or audits

• Canadian CPA designation required;
  United States CPA valued
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience across entities
• Controller-level experience serving ultra-high-net-worth families
• Strong banking, treasury, payments, controls, lenders, and FX knowledge
• Live in Canada and travel to the United States
