Analyze complex agricultural credit requests as an FCC Loans Analyst supporting commercial primary agriculture lending through hybrid work options. Use financial analysis and risk assessment skills.
This fixed-term, 21-month FCC position supports Senior Relationship Managers and Credit Management. You will assess customer information, structure loan terms, and recommend financing decisions for agriculture and agribusiness customers. The work combines commercial lending, portfolio management, loan administration, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare comprehensive credit submissions for commercial agriculture lending opportunities
- Establish conditions, covenants, and security within approved guidelines
- Confirm credit requests meet policy before approval
- Monitor loan compliance and complete account reviews
- Research industry trends and collaborate with internal partners
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or agriculture
- Minimum four years of commercial lending experience
- Understanding of agriculture and agribusiness financial structures
- Experience assessing complex credit scenarios
- Portfolio management and loan administration experience
