This key role reports directly to the Program Manager, Social Planning, emphasizing leadership in policy planning and community engagement. With over five years of experience required, you will leverage your expertise in strategic development and social equity to implement the Health, Social and Safety Grant Program and advance the Social Development Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide insights and recommendations to City Council
• Administer the Health, Social and Safety Grant Program
• Analyze data to address diverse social issues
• Prepare reports and presentations for decision-makers
• Liaise with community organizations for collaborative efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in social planning or development
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with grant management processes
• Ability to maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Drive impactful social initiatives in Richmond through strong strategies, community relations, and data-driven solutions.
