In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments based on client needs and company standards. Collaborating closely with the clinic director, you will create and adjust treatment plans, provide beauty routine advice, and conduct necessary follow-ups. Building rewarding relationships with clients is key to your role as a Beauty Coach, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction with every treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to clinic protocols for treatment delivery
• Develop and implement client-specific treatment strategies
• Advise on beauty routines using our products
• Conduct post-treatment evaluations for client feedback
• Provide full consultations as needed in support of management
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years in aesthetic treatments
• Diploma in Esthetics and Photorejuvenation/IPL
• Must be proficient in English and Mandarin
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must demonstrate team collaboration and integrity
