Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and assess skin, hair care, or cosmetic needs
- Recommend skincare, cosmetics, and natural health and beauty products
- Provide mini-makeovers, demonstrations, and personalized skincare suggestions
- Explain product benefits and support customer wellness objectives
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Two to three years of retail or client-facing advisor experience
- Passion for natural health, beauty, and eco-conscious products
- Beauty industry experience in sales, cosmetics, or skincare preferred
- Excellent verbal communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
