Home Support Worker - Cantonese Speaking (Part-Time)

CA $19.02/hr - CA $21.47/hr
AboutThe Role
- Companionship and conversation (especially in Cantonese)
- Personal care support: toileting, showering, grooming, hygiene
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assistance with errands or appointments
- General support to promote safety and well‑being
- Clear, simple documentation in English using our Care App (training provided)
- Must live in or near Richmond, BC
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (for communication and documentation)
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving or home support experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred but not mandatory)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- CPR/First Aid and Food Safe certifications are assets
- Flexible, part‑time hours to suit your schedule
- Supportive, caring, and inclusive office team
- Paid orientation and ongoing professional training
- Competitive hourly pay: $19.02–$21.47, based on experience
