Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
  • Safely transport clients to appointments and outings as required.
  • Document care accurately using the Well Sky Care App.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving or home support experience (senior care preferred).
  • Comfortable working a flexible, changing schedule based on client needs.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license (mandatory).
  • Reliable personal vehicle available for client transportation.
  • Business-use auto insurance (required).
  • Strong communication skills, compassion, and dependability.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Additional Requirements
  • Must reside in Richmond, BC.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit).
  • Availability for a range of shift lengths and times.
