Join Shoppers Drug Mart as a Licensed Pharmacist to provide outstanding health services, manage pharmacy operations, and ensure customer satisfaction through expert consultations.
In this role, you will oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all federal and provincial regulations. You will actively counsel customers on prescriptions and various health products while maintaining patient confidentiality. Your leadership and decision-making skills will contribute to driving business success and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide counselling on medications and health products
• Dispense prescriptions with accuracy and care
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy for all patients
• Monitor workflow and manage inventory daily
• Prepare financial reports and document incidents
Requirements:
• Independent decision-making capabilities
• Excellent customer service and relations skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and relevant laws
• Completion of mandatory and additional training
