Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients

Requirements:
• Accredited educational background in Physiotherapy
• Member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Experience in acute and community rehabilitation environments preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility
• Familiarity with community resources is a plus
