Elevate workplace wellbeing as a Psychological Health Specialist r focus on mental health promotes resilience through innovative, data-driven wellness initiatives in a dynamic hybrid setting.
In this role based primarily in Richmond, you will engage with teams across British Columbia to spearhead psychological safety and wellness programs. You bring a strong expertise in human resources or safety and a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace.
Your role includes providing leadership support, advising business teams, and shaping health strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement wellness programs centered on psychological health
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships
• Act as a subject matter expert in psychological safety
• Evaluate wellness initiatives for effectiveness
• Collaborate with various stakeholders for program success
Requirements:
• Relevant degree with 3-5 years experience in complex organizations
• In-depth knowledge of psychological health standards
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Certified HR professional preferred
