Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-testing activities for patients
• Assist in submitting third-party benefit claims
• Remake, adjust, and repair optical frames
• Follow up on outstanding customer orders effectively
• Collaborate with customers during the frame selection process
Requirements:
• Licensed by a recognized opticianry college
• Genuine care for maintaining eye health
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to adapt in busy situations
