Life Labs is looking for a passionate Lab Patient Technician to aid in vital health diagnostics. In this role, you will manage specimen collections, engage with patients, and perform essential tests while upholding high privacy standards. Your flexible availability coupled with a valid driver’s license will enable you to cover various shifts and travel as needed, supporting operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and clarify collection procedures
• Perform necessary phlebotomies and ECG monitoring
• Handle special testing and required documentation
• Foster patient relationships and respond to queries
• Ensure lab specimens are ready for analysis
Requirements:
• Approved Laboratory Assistant program graduate preferred
• Phlebotomy experience is advantageous
• Solid communication and typing skills
• Ability to manage customer service in stressful scenarios
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules
