In this position, you will provide clinical dietetic services, focusing on patient and family-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate patient dietary requirements
• Plan and deliver tailored nutrition care plans
• Collaborate effectively with health care professionals
• Recommend enteral nutrition solutions as needed
• Educate patients and families through sessions
Requirements:
• Active registration as a Dietitian with CHCPBC
• Competency in enteral nutrition practices
• Valid BC Driver's License and personal vehicle access
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Skilled in critical thinking and independent work
