Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and home

• Use data-driven methods for meaningful behavior change

• Collaborate with families on therapy goals

• Track progress using electronic medical records (EMR)

• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with children of varying abilities

• CPR/BLS certification preferred
