Cleantech Service Group is searching for a motivated Recruitment Assistant for its HR Department. This office-based position lasts 3 months, offering a chance to secure a permanent role. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment cycle, from posting jobs and interviewing candidates to ensuring compliance with pre-employment documentation and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist throughout the full recruitment cycle efficiently

• Post jobs and review incoming applications

• Schedule and conduct pre-screening interviews

• Manage pre-employment documentation and checks

• Support HR team with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or administration preferred

• Educational background in Human Resources or similar

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
