FPS Food Process Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to handle payroll and HR operations efficiently. This role is pivotal for maintaining compliance and accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR and payroll experience, excelling in administrative tasks and record-keeping. You will be key in processing payroll, supporting employee benefits, and providing timely responses to HR inquiries. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this HR role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee payroll with accuracy and integrity

• Conduct audits for payroll data verification

• Collaborate with HR for operational improvements

• Compile and analyze HR metrics and reports

• Administer benefits programs and assist staff inquiries

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related

• Hands-on HR experience of 2-3 years

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, especially ADP

• Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft applications

• Strong communication skills in English;
Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
