Become an Expert Recruiter for Technical Roles at Ebco Industries and Advanced Cyclotron Systems Inc. This role focuses on finding and engaging the best talent for skilled trades and specialized positions.
Ebco Industries is seeking a self-directed Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of three years' experience in full-cycle recruiting. You will manage recruitment processes for both manufacturing and technical roles, tapping into passive candidate pools and building lasting relationships. Your work will directly support ACSI's mission and expansion while fulfilling Ebco's ongoing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment for both skilled trades and scientific roles
• Source passive candidates through Linked In and networking
• Maintain active pipeline and warm candidate engagement
• Enhance ACSI's employer brand through effective marketing
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment goals
Requirements:
• 3+ years of recruiting in technical or industrial environments
• Proven skills in direct sourcing and candidate outreach
• Proficient with Linked In Recruiter and Microsoft Office
• Preferred degree in HR, Business, or similar
• Excellent communication and market intelligence skills
