Pinchin is hiring a Director of Total Rewards, focusing on developing compensation and benefits strategies across Canada. This strategic role blends leadership with data analytics to enhance employee engagement and market competitiveness.
This is a newly created position reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will be responsible for setting the total rewards strategy, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with legislation.
Your role will also involve advising senior management on market trends and compensation-related risks, all while supporting workforce integration during acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement compensation frameworks
• Manage annual compensation planning initiatives
• Perform market benchmarking to support decisions
• Oversee benefits and wellness program optimization
• Communicate total rewards philosophy effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with HR certification
• Minimum of 10 years in total rewards experience
• Proven track record in multi-location environments
• Expertise in analytics and compliance
• Familiarity with professional services or engineering sectors
