Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with clients on labor relations initiatives
• Support HR programs and engagement surveys
• Provide guidance on HR policies and collective agreements
• Manage workplace safety and return-to-work plans
• Resolve performance-related challenges proactively
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in unionized settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid analytical capabilities and problem-solving abilities
• HR SAP or similar systems experience is ideal
