Key Responsibilities:- Identify talent needs with business leaders
- Build pipelines through passive candidate engagement
- Source, prescreen, and recommend qualified candidates
- Manage interviews, offers, and candidate communication
- Support employer branding and Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Eight or more years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong technical recruiting knowledge and skills
- Strong networking skills and leader influence
- Agency recruiting experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of OFCCP compliance requirements
