Design onboarding, learning, and employee events at Wealthsimple as a hands-on Lead, facilitating programs in person and remotely.
This Lead owns employee experiences across onboarding, learning, development, training, and events. You will design curricula, build programs in a learning platform, and facilitate sessions for groups of ten to sixty-plus. The work supports new hires, leaders, interns, and returning employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Own new employee onboarding from pre-boarding through live sessions
- Facilitate learning and onboarding sessions regularly for varied audiences
- Design employee events, agendas, logistics, budgets, vendors, and communications
- Build learning programs, curricula, and mandatory compliance training
- Measure programs, gather feedback, and iterate delivery
- Five-plus years owning onboarding, learning, or employee experience programs
- Demonstrated excellence facilitating in-person and remote live sessions
- Instructional design and curriculum-building experience
- Hands-on learning management system experience, such as Docebo
- Experience producing multi-day events for more than 200 attendees
