Digital Design Lead
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
Location:
Greater London – South West London (hybrid)
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
About the CompanyA lovely Balham-based digital design agency crafting websites, brands, digital marketing and print. Core focus is designing and developing sophisticated, high-performing websites—primarily in Word Press and Shopify for ecommerce. Friendly, supportive team working closely and collaboratively, passionate about craft and quality of work.
Responsibilities- Design Leadership & Project Ownership
- UX, UI & Design
- Collaboration & Client Engagement
- Help grow and mentor the design team
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a digital agency or similar environment
- Proven experience in a senior or lead design role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑end digital design and branding
- Expert in Figma, including design systems and prototyping
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong UX understanding (user flows, IA, wire framing, responsive design)
- Strong knowledge of designing for Word Press and/or Shopify environments
