Position: Identity Specialist II at WorkSafeBC
Join WorkSafeBC as an Identity Specialist II, securing user identities on leading CIAM and IGA platforms. Focus on authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management to enhance security and access control.

This key role involves designing and implementing scalable identity solutions using Forge Rock, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra  will work closely with project teams to align business requirements with secure identity architectures. Your expertise will ensure the efficiency of WorkSafeBC’s applications while maintaining compliance with security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design IAM solutions for CIAM and IGA platforms

• Translate business needs into secure identity systems

• Build identity lifecycle workflows and APIs

• Enhance SSO, MFA, and access policies

• Monitor and improve identity security posture

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM field

• 3+ years in IAM solutions implementation

• Knowledge of SSO integration and identity provisioning

• Experience with Forge Rock, SailPoint, or Entra

• Strong problem-solving skills in identity scenarios
