The Business Management and End User Services department is seeking a proactive, dynamic Co-op Student to join the team. This position offers invaluable exposure to enterprise IT support, vendor collaboration, and advanced end-user technologies in Vancouver and the surrounding area. Ideal candidates have a strong motivation to learn and contribute to governance and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Windows 11 technologies for end users

• Assist with mobile device deployments and upgrades

• Resolve hardware issues with enterprise printers

• Provide Microsoft Teams room support

• Collaborate on technology projects with the enablement team

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate IT program

• Interest or experience in technology solutions

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues

• Legally entitled to work in Canada
