Key Responsibilities:
• Quickly resolve IT Help Desk tickets and issues
• Administer and support Windows and cloud environments
• Investigate technical errors and identify solutions
• Assist with hardware and software deployment initiatives
• Document projects and processes meticulously
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT
• Prior experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles
• Familiarity with cloud services and databases
• Knowledge of VMware and backup tools
• Skills in Power Shell or other scripting languages
