In this position, your responsibilities will include resolving Help Desk tickets and ensuring efficient IT operations. You will set up new users and assist with the administration of systems, primarily focusing on Microsoft 365 and Windows Server. Your troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of various technologies will play an essential role in maintaining the organization's IT health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address Help Desk requests to enhance IT operations
• Perform user setups and changes in company systems
• Identify and resolve system errors and escalate issues
• Administer on-premises servers and cloud solutions
• Support deployment of new IT hardware and software
Requirements:
• IT-related degree or diploma
• Prior experience in IT Support or Help Desk
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Linux
• Familiarity with VMware and database management
• Strong coding skills in Python, JSON, or Power Shell
