This role focuses on administering GIS databases, managing automations, and delivering spatial analytics. You will collaborate with business partners to implement data governance and support service optimization. Your strengths in Python scripting and workflow automation will be crucial in optimizing city operations through GIS initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Administer GIS databases and Esri platforms
- Manage process and product automations
- Develop automated spatial data workflows using Python and ETL processes
- Liaise with staff on project needs and requests
- Maintain governance and documentation for GIS operations
- University Degree in IT, Computer Science, or GIS related
- Minimum 3 years in GIS data management and analytics
- Experience with Esri’s ArcGIS platforms including Online and Pro
- Proven skills in data visualization tools like Power
BI or Tableau - Solid analytical skills and effective communication ability
