We are seeking an exceptional Growth Analyst to deliver actionable insights, visualize campaign performance, and influence marketing and digital stakeholders through powerful data storytelling and presentation.
Whatyou’ll do
- Drive performance and insights:
Partner daily with Growth Strategy Leads to monitor portfolio performance, conduct weekly pulse checks, and perform deep-dives on underperforming portfolios. Identify what is (and isn't) working, analyze KPI shifts, and recommend new actionable data-driven opportunities. - Deliver customer-centric insights:
Generate customer-centric insights from existing customer data to transform and optimize 1:1 customer experiences. Deliver insights to refine customer targeting and contact strategy (e.g., optimal 1:1 medium, frequency, and number of contacts based on customer lifecycle) to ensure the right message is delivered to the right customer at the right time, through the right medium. - Data visualization and reporting:
Build dynamic data dashboards in collaboration with Growth Strategy Leads to unlock on-demand campaign performance insights. - Stakeholder influence:
Transform complex data findings into compelling, executive-level presentations for all organizational levels. Influence stakeholders to align on new opportunities using high-impact, data-driven insights. - Data quality and agility:
Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and collection methodologies, highlighting improvement opportunities to the data enablement team. Operate in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to dynamic and evolving needs for campaign performance and insights.
- 5+ years of proven experience in business growth analysis, market/business intelligence, and database marketing or data warehousing environments.
- Strong expertise in 1:1 comms performance analysis, insights generation, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and continuous improvement mindset; loves continuously looking for what works, what does not, and identifying new opportunities.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and manipulating large-scale relational databases, with primary hands-on experience in Big Query. Skilled in writing complex queries, aggregating and segmenting customer data, and building reusable logic for recurring reporting.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured data pulls with minimal guidance. Experience working directly with marketing or CRM data models (e.g., customer lifecycle, campaign response, contact history tables).
- Python proficiency for automating data workflows, scheduling recurring extracts, and light data transformation. Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, particularly in conjunction with Big Query.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating performance, insights, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership through compelling storytelling.
- Hands-on experience building automated, self-serve dashboards and executive-level visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Experience in the Telco industry and understanding of Telco market dynamics to inform and influence strategy.
- Familiarity with Postgres.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices using Terraform or Pulumi.

- Salary Range: $70,000 - $120,000.
- Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%.
- Actual total compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, performance, and experience.
