In this role, you will monitor and maintain Epic databases, control user access, and facilitate data movement across platforms. Engage in the project life cycle to overcome technical challenges and assist in successful rollouts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Epic database environments and backups
- Oversee Linux server installation and maintenance
- Ensure system availability with monitoring tools
- Handle user access and security configuration
- Provide support during emergency and after-hours issues
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field
- ITIL, Linux, and MS SQL DBA certifications required
- 5 years of database experience
- Expertise in SQL Server security and performance
- Robust communication skills for stakeholder interactions
