  • Write, modify, and maintain code for marketing assets including email templates, CMS components, and integrations using HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
  • Assist with platform integrations, data flows, and third‑party tools, following best practices for data handling and privacy.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, IT, Analytics, designers, and external partners to deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and technical standards to support consistency and scalability.
  • Stay current on emerging Mar Tech tools, platforms, and industry best practices, bringing forward ideas to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in Mar Tech, CRM, digital production, or marketing systems roles.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting marketing platforms in a campaign‑driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS , with working knowledge of JavaScript and data formats such as JSON.
  • Experience supporting email marketing, triggered journeys, and CRM best practices.
  • Ability to translate marketing requirements into practical technical solutions, including builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail in fast‑paced environments.
  • Comfort working across teams and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Post‑secondary education in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Familiarity with digital standards and best practices, including accessibility, privacy, CASL, GDPR, and SEO.
  • Experience in retail, loyalty, mobile app environments, or multi‑channel organizations is considered an asset.
