As part of your responsibilities, you will lead a customer service team tasked with troubleshooting satellite communication equipment and delivering support for microwave components. Your leadership will drive quality project initiatives and efficient problem resolution while coaching team members and training customers. This position requires strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to enhance client relations and service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance the customer support ticketing system
• Oversee scheduling and team performance evaluations
• Guide the repair and evaluation of returned products
• Deliver field support and training for customers
• Maintain documentation for technical support processes
Requirements:
• Degree in Electronics or related discipline
• 5+ years of technical support experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience in technical services
• Understanding of RF products and troubleshooting
• Experience with generating analytical reports
