Global Head of Strategy

Position: TeamViewer Global Head of Support Strategy
Oversee Team Viewer's global customer support as the Head of Support Strategy. Enhance service delivery and operational efficiency across our extensive SaaS offerings.
In this strategic leadership role, you will define the global customer support vision and operational framework. Your efforts will focus on harmonizing support practices worldwide while using AI and analytics to continually improve service quality. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a unified customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a strategic customer support vision

• Standardize operations across all regions and products

• Create a high-performing, distributed support network

• Manage service performance, forecasts, and continuous enhancements

• Implement AI and automation to drive service efficiency
Requirements:

• 10–15+ years in customer support or technical support leadership

• Demonstrated success managing complex global support organizations

• Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiencies

• Strong knowledge of automation and data-driven support models

• Experience in matrixed organizational structures
