• Document all resolutions and systems changes
Requirements:
• Experience in a technical support environment
• In-depth knowledge of BOLD Group and Sure View Systems
• Familiarity with IP networking and firewall setups
• Strong communication skills in English
• Adaptability to fast-evolving technical landscapes
