Our Marketing department at our head office in Richmond BC currently has an opportunity for a:

Mar Tech and Loyalty Specialist

As a Mar Tech and Loyalty Specialist, you’ll support the development and optimization of our digital platforms—including website, app, and owned technologies—to deliver seamless, customer-led experiences. You’ll play a key role in enhancing loyalty program communications, managing CRM journeys, and integrating marketing technologies across our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content and templates across ecommerce, loyalty, pharmacy, and app platforms
  • Apply UX/UI best practices to improve customer journeys and digital engagement
  • Conduct quality assurance tests and end-user reviews for website releases
  • Execute loyalty program communications via email, SMS, and app push notifications
  • Manage CRM-driven campaigns and customer journeys using platforms like Microsoft D365
  • Schedule, proof, and deploy digital assets across owned platforms
  • Maintain documentation for wireframes, brand standards, and layouts
  • Collaborate on tech stack integrations (owned and third-party)
  • Advance email automation, triggers, and segmentation strategies
  • Ensure secure migration and handling of personally identifiable information (PII)
  • Stay current with web technologies including HTML5, XML, JSON, CSS, and Java Script
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in web production, digital marketing, or graphic design
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Arts, or related field
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer journey execution
  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365 Marketing (Customer Insights) preferred
  • Familiarity with CASL and SEO best practices, GDPR is an asset
  • Portfolio showcasing past work or design materials
