Overview
Analytics Ecosystem Program Specialist – Boeing Vancouver (Richmond, BC). Reports to the Senior Manager of Data Science & Analytics. Responsible for program management and operational support of Boeing Vancouver’s Analytics Ecosystem, coordinating logistics, administration, and day‑to‑day execution for a nationwide innovation network.
Position Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate external partners for collaboration within the Analytics Ecosystem.
- Draft clear and comprehensive statements of work (SOWs) for research & development collaborations with universities and small businesses, defining scope, deliverables, success criteria, and milestones.
- Exercise sound judgment in sharing appropriate non‑proprietary information and coordinating NDAs/proprietary agreements as required.
- Develop and maintain clear requirements for projects and features within the Analytics Ecosystem.
- Provide technical liaison support for generative AI, predictive analytics, and clean energy analytics topics, engaging subject‑matter expertise as needed.
- Support procurement activities related to project engagements by navigating Boeing’s procurement processes and ensuring compliance.
- Participate in a hybrid work environment, with onsite attendance at the Richmond location as required.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, analytics, or technical project coordination.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
- 1+ year experience in business development, grant management, or procurement.
- Experience writing clear project requirements and drafting SOWs for research collaborations.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in engaging with external partners and managing information sharing.
- Experience with procurement and B2B contracting processes, with a willingness to learn and navigate complex procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada and not pose a risk for safeguarding controlled goods.
- Must be eligible to handle US export‑controlled data and consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment.
- Knowledge of Boeing Digital Services product landscape, technology vertical priorities, and AI & Analytics objectives.
- Prior experience in aerospace or highly regulated environments.
- Experience with clean energy analytics, predictive analytics, and/or generative AI.
- Experience with intellectual property management, public/private partnerships, and university collaboration processes.
- Completion of or enrollment toward Project Management Professional designation.
- Experience with analytics marketing.
Position is hybrid; onsite work at Richmond may be required. The employer will not sponsor employment visas. Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates must live locally or relocate at their own expense. Salary range: $98,000 – $174,000
CAD, determined by experience, qualifications, and market conditions.

This position requires an active or ability to obtain Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment. Candidates must also pass a Conflict of Interest assessment.
