The company is seeking a Senior HPC Administrator to take charge of its Rocky Linux HPC cluster, consisting of 70 nodes and 1PB of storage. With over five years of experience in scientific computing, you will configure and optimize SLURM workloads, Infini Band networking, and help streamline research data infrastructures through innovative data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and evolve the Rocky Linux HPC cluster

• Configure and tune SLURM workload management systems

• Implement data pipelines using modern tools like HDF5 and Click House

• Manage monitoring systems with Prometheus and Grafana

• Collaborate with research teams to integrate data systems
Requirements:

• 5+ years in scientific or HPC computing

• 2+ years managing HPC clusters

• Strong Linux system administration skills

• Proficiency in SLURM and Infini Band networking

• Familiarity with data technologies like MongoDB and DuckDB
