Transform HR practices at WorkSafeBC as a People & Culture Specialist in People Analytics. This hybrid position encompasses both advisory and technical roles with a concentration on data-driven decision-making.
Two distinct opportunities are available within the People Analytics team, one lasting 7 months and the other 18 months. The advisory role focuses on assisting business clients with reporting while the technical position emphasizes developing data models and interactive dashboards. Collaborate with internal teams to refine analytical practices and contribute to comprehensive HR insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and report on HR metrics and KPIs
• Write SQL queries to retrieve and analyze relevant data
• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI
• Collaborate on predictive analytics with tech teams
• Document and manage access for reports and data sets
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in HR, Data Science, or similar
• 5+ years in HR, including 3 years in analytics
• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel
• Experience with HRIS systems like People Soft
• Knowledge of Power BI is highly preferred
