Our client seeks a detail-oriented Desktop Support Specialist to manage hardware and software issues onsite five days a week. You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows, install enterprise applications, and support overall system performance. Your expertise in maintaining IT systems will contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Tier 1 troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Assist with installation and configuration of enterprise applications
• Diagnose hardware problems with desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Provide on-site support for urgent technical issues
• Maintain incident records for knowledge sharing and improvement
Requirements:
• Experience in a Tier 1 IT support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for technical support
• Documentation ability for issues and solutions
