Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support for client technological issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve operating system problems
• Manage networking and server hardware effectively
• Support client hardware and virtualization platforms
• Maintain accurate ticket resolution documentation
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience at a Managed Service Provider
• Solid knowledge of IT security practices
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in using Connect Wise or similar systems
