Senior Director of Technology Enablement

Lead Trail Appliances' technology transformation as the Senior Director of Technology Enablement. Focus on maximizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM for enhanced customer journeys.

This senior role encompasses owning the business enablement process across all platforms, ensuring that systems are effectively configured to support the company's operational needs. You will drive strategic initiatives, analyse system efficiencies, and facilitate stakeholder alignment. Engage with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to refine performance metrics and improve customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the business owner for Dynamics 365 functionality

• Drive enterprise CRM strategy and enhance customer relationship management

• Measure and report on the value realization of technology initiatives

• Lead prioritization and change management for Enablement projects

• Provide strategic visibility into risks and prioritization

Requirements:

• MBA or related advanced degree preferred

• 10–15+ years of leadership experience in technology enablement

• Proven experience with enterprise CRM and analytics initiatives

• Capability to manage complex trade-offs and business demands

• Strong understanding of data governance and analytics tools
