In the position of Automation Product Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting Mitsubishi sales efforts through comprehensive application guidance and customized quotations. Your expertise will facilitate the successful integration of Mitsubishi products, providing valuable insights and training to internal teams and partners alike. This role is key to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth across Madison Industrial Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the key technical support for Mitsubishi automation
• Assist in preparing product solution quotations
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams on Mitsubishi products
• Manage marketing initiatives focused on Mitsubishi automation
• Monitor supply coordination to meet regional demand
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 3-7+ years in automation or related industries
• Familiarity with Mitsubishi automation products strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Competency in CRM/ERP systems and reporting tools
